MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Ashtabula County board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities is to assist eligible individuals with disabilities in choosing a life of increasing capability such that they can live, work and play in the community, and to assist and support the families of these individuals in achieving these goals. To accomplish this mission, the ACBMRDD provides a wide range of programs, services and supports for children and adults with mental retardation and other developmental disabilities.
